Our museum will open to visitors at 13:00 on Friday, March 20 (the first day of the holiday). On the following days, it will continue to operate during regular visiting hours.

Ticket Rules


  • The Digital Experience Center will open to visitors at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 20, the first day of the holiday. On all other days, it will operate according to its regular opening hours.
  • Open every day except Mondays, 10:00 – 18:00 (last entry and ticket sales at 17:45).
  • Tickets are valid only on the day of purchase. You may enter anytime during opening hours. Tickets are non-refundable.
  • VR experience requires an additional ticket of 200 TL, available at the counter. Payments are accepted only by credit/debit cards and İstanbulkart.
  • The Museum Card is not accepted.
  • For a safe and seamless experience, please purchase your tickets only through our official box office or Passo’s online channels.

Notice: The venue features intense visual and auditory content. Rarely, effects such as dizziness or nausea may occur. If so, please end the experience and inform the staff.

Visitor Guidelines


  • Photography and video are allowed for personal use; professional shoots require prior permission. Please contact iletisim@kultur.istanbul for requests.
  • Food and beverages are not permitted inside.
  • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed indoors.
  • Pets are not admitted.
  • For security reasons and due to visitor capacity, large items such as suitcases are not allowed inside the venue; lockers are not available.
  • Reservations are not required; entries are managed according to visitor flow and capacity.

Notices


  • The venue features intense visual and audio content. Rarely, visitors may experience dizziness or nausea. If you feel unwell, please end your experience and inform a staff member.
  • Virtual Reality, Immersive, and Augmented Reality experiences are not recommended for pregnant visitors, those with heart conditions, epilepsy, or implanted medical devices (such as defibrillators).
  • Children under 8 and visitors over 70 are not advised to join the Virtual Reality experience.
  • By participating in the experiences, visitors acknowledge and accept these conditions.
