From Tradition to Future: Digital Reflections of Cultural Memory
The exhibition “From Tradition to Future” invited visitors on a unique journey where the richness of cultural heritage met the possibilities of digital technology. The timeless beauty of traditional Turkish arts was reimagined through artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, and interactive projections, transforming cultural memory into a multi-layered experience that built bridges across generations.
Presented through four digital rooms and a corridor, the exhibition featured a total of 11 works. Each piece created a dialogue between past and future, showcasing the ever-evolving nature of art. Music curated by Mercan Dede, a traditional storytelling performance by Tarık Şerbetçioğlu, and voice-over by Zafer Algöz added depth and atmosphere to the experience.
With contributions from artists such as Apollo XR, Dolkun Production, Gökalp Gönen, Hakan Yılmaz, Seyd Ahmet, and Süleyman Yılmaz, “From Tradition to Future” stood out as an innovative exhibition that not only preserved cultural heritage but also carried it forward into the digital age.
